Based on a clinical validation study involving over one hundred specimens and conducted in collaboration with Children's Hospital in Denver, the assay exhibits 100% clinical specificity and 98% sensitivity. Quantitative results with low limits of detection and multiple answers from a single <10 µL aliquot are more informative. This new tool will undoubtedly enable higher quality research and provide a deeper understanding of immunity.
